With Jasmine Lohanuwat Arff

Raibu is officially my new favorite sushi spot in Boise. Fresh fish flown in three times a week? Yes, please. You can tell the chefs trained in San Francisco because everything is polished but still feels personal. The best part is 100% the vibe! It’s definitely an upscale experience, but not in a stiff, fancy way. It’s cozy, fun, and the chefs are genuinely excited to tell you about what you’re eating without making it a lecture. Everything was delicious, and I left happy, full, and already planning my next visit. If you’re into sushi or just want a cool spot for a night out, Raibu is so worth it.
